Most people who find me can already narrate their own pattern. You know the shape of it, you know roughly where it came from, and it has not budged. Understanding something and being free of it turn out to be different jobs. The second one is what we do here.

Some of this material has never been said out loud to anyone. We go toward the painful part with warmth, at the pace you set. The relationship in the room matters as much as any interpretation I could offer.

Survival mode, and the body that learned it
If you have spent years in survival mode, you may be some distance from knowing what you actually want. That shows up in the body first. We work with that directly, and with concrete tools when they are useful.
